Refund policy

1. Our Commitment to You
At PLUMASTEP (plumastep.com), we are dedicated to your satisfaction. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

2. Eligibility & Timeframe

  • You may request a refund or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, with all tags and in the original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please email support@plumastep.com with your order number and reason for return.

3. Return Process

  1. Await our approval and return instructions — we’ll provide the correct return address.

  2. Securely pack the items in their original packaging, include all accessories and tags.

  3. Ship the package with tracking to the address provided. Returns are at the customer’s risk until received by us.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund or exchange within 5 business days.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If return is due to our error (defect, incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For other reasons (change of mind, sizing issues), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Non-returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered or missing original tags or packaging.

  • Items clearly marked “Final Sale” or purchased during promotional events where sale terms were specified.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method in the currency of the transaction. Please note your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.

  • Exchanges for a different size or model may be offered depending on availability — customer is responsible for any price difference and shipping.
