Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Once your payment is confirmed, our team processes your order within 2–3 business days. This includes order verification, item preparation, quality inspection and packing at our facility.

2. Shipping & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide from our central distribution hub. Estimated delivery times for key destinations are as follows:

  • Europe & United States: approximately 6–10 business days

  • During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, promotional events): up to 10–15 business days

Please note: Shipping times exclude any delays caused by customs, local carriers, or import duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Shipping Costs & Tracking

  • Standard shipping with tracking is offered at no extra charge.

  • All orders include shipping insurance as a complimentary benefit.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your parcel in real time.

4. Shipment Protection & Claims
We include optional shipment insurance, providing coverage against loss, theft or damage during transit (up to the declared value).
Insurance terms:

  • Non-refundable once purchased.

  • To submit a claim, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving damaged goods, or within 14 days for lost items.

  • The insurance does not cover delays, customs hold-ups or pre-existing damage.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Please be aware that once your order has been placed and payment processed, modifications or cancellations are not permitted. Packaging and shipping preparation begins immediately upon order confirmation.

6. Import Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by their country. Comfy Shoes is not liable for additional charges.
