You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, if the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Await our return approval and instructions — we’ll provide the correct return address.

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including accessories, tags and documentation.

Ship the package to the address provided and include the tracking number.

After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days.
4. Shipping cost for returns

If the reason for return is our error (defect, incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

For other reasons (change of mind, sizing issues), you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
5. Non-returnable items

Items that have been used, washed, or are not in original condition.

Items purchased during promotional events with explicit “final sale” tag (if applicable).
6. Exchanges & refunds

We can offer an exchange for a different size or model, depending on availability.
